At Flat Out, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes to monitor your return's progress.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
